Cuyahoga Falls Office Has a New Face

Our Cuyahoga Falls Office had been undergoing renovations recently and we are happy to announce that these are now complete. The main change you will notice is that we are now using the eastern entrance to the building. We invite all of you to come and check us out and enjoy a complimentary beverage and relax.

Connecting Touch Celebrated Its 12th Birthday on Sept. 12, 2007

Connecting Touch Celebrated 12 Years in Business on Wednesday, Sept 12.

More than 200 people attended the event. All our therapists were kept busy all day long doing chair massages.  It was nice to see so many of old faces as well as some new faces at the function. We gave away over $10,000 in door prizes and we are now starting to plan birthday number 13.

The Mayor of Stow, Karen Fritschel, came and blessed us on this occasion. We thank the honorable mayor for taking the time out of her busy day to come and support us.

We thank each and every one of you, who have come to the function and many who could not come because of other commitments. We greatly appreciate your support.

Shoes for Orphan Souls

Shoes for Orphan Souls, a ministry of Buckner International, has distributed more than 1.5 million pairs of new shoes and socks to needy children around the world since 1999. While their program has made a difference in many lives, there are still millions of children we can reach — all through a pair of shoes. Let a child know that he or she has not been forgotten.

This year, Connecting Touch was a drop-off location for the shoe drive which was also sponsored by WCRF.

Thank you to the many who donated shoes and socks for this campaign...over 100 pairs of shoes and over 120 pairs of socks were collected!!

Connecting Touch's Hudson Office Getting Ready to Welcome Client # 1000

Nikki and her gang have done it again! Within a short time of its opening, Connecting Touch's Hudson office is set to cross another milestone.

On November 18, 2006 Hudson office welcomed its 100th client. Now, the Hudson office is getting ready to welcome the 1000 th client!!! Way to go Nikki and all the people at Hudson office!
Overlooking a pond, highlighted by a majestic fountain, the center blends well into this landscape. Inside, it creates the tranquil, peaceful nature accented by oriental art and furnishings. A bamboo bouquet welcomes the visitor. Then the visitor is drawn to an indoor waterfall with water slowly trickling down small terraces, one step at a time. The reception area is very big with the treatment rooms accessed directly from there.

The interior decoration is the work of art by Nikki and it is something to see. It is absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking! I strongly recommend a visit to Hudson, just to check up on the artistry of Nikki in display if not for anything else.

Connecting Touch Welcomes 10,000th Client!! WOW!!!

I have to bow to Jack and his team at Connecting Touch. They are relentless in their pursuit of excellence and delighting customers. The fruit of their labor showed this weekend. In Jack's own words,

"Another huge milestone for Connecting Touch.  On Saturday, April 8, 2006 we reached our 10,000th client!!"

Notice Jack didn't say 10,000 clients. He said 10,000th client. This is a profound statement of his philosophy. Every customer is special to him. You are not just one of 10,000; you are the 10,001th client.

Jack had undergone surgery for hernia last week; he had been under severe pain. But that didn't keep him away from going to Business Showcase presented by Stow-Monroe Chamber of Commerce on April 8-9, 2006. That is true dedication!

Everyone talks about delighting customers. Jack truly believes in it. He inspires his team of dedicated professionals with his example. It is truly a bunch of hyper-dedicated professionals in Connecting Touch. If you haven't experienced it, you are missing a lot.
